Who can apply
- The William R. Smallman Scholarship is open to full-time juniors and seniors enrolled in the College of Business at the University of Houston.
- You must be active in UH ROTC, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award.
- You must also exhibit leadership skills.
