The Working Student Scholarship
Who can apply
- Be a current college student or returning to college, planning to attend within one year of the application deadline. High school students are not eligible.
- Currently be employed and have worked part time or full time for at least one year while a college student. Proof of employment may be requested.
- Apply on or before December 15 of the current year with a complete application and an essay of 500 words or fewer explaining one UniMovers core value in personal and professional life.
- Incomplete fields or grammatical errors can result in disqualification. A semifinalist must confirm information within one week of notification.
- Winners are announced within six months after the deadline. If a winner cannot be reached within seven days, the next candidate may receive the award. Funds are sent directly to the school.
About the scholarship
The Working Student Scholarship from UniMovers provides $1,000 for education, paid directly to the recipient’s school. At least one qualified recipient is selected each cycle.
