About the scholarship

The Onstead Scholarship at Abilene Christian University supports first-time incoming freshmen who are dependent children of full-time church ministers. Priority consideration is given to students whose parents serve as full-time ministers in the Church of Christ. The endowed scholarship was created by Bob and Kay Onstead and is renewable annually for up to four years. The current university scholarship page lists December 1 as its priority deadline and March 1 as the regular deadline.
