Who can apply
- The Thea Foundation Film Competition Scholarship is open to Arkansas high school seniors from public, private and charter schools, homeschooled seniors and those seeking their GED.
- To enter this competition, you must register and submit a film up to 20 minutes in length that best reflects your unique talents and creativity.
About the scholarship
Submissions must include a short essay (500 word maximum) explaining your process when creating the film.
