About the scholarship
The AECOM Academic Scholarship provides $5,000 to a graduate student pursuing an engineering degree focused on innovative solutions to improve drinking water in urban communities. AWWA membership is not required. Applications for the 2027–2028 academic year are due November 6, 2026. Letters of recommendation must arrive before the deadline; recommendations from family members or friends are not accepted. Awards are paid directly to the school.
