Who can apply

• The Undergraduate Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities is available to students who have a physical, neurological, visual, or hearing impairment and / or a speech / language disorder.
• You must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of California or Hawaii to be eligible for this award.

About the scholarship

The scholarship is for undergraduate work at an accredited community college, four - year college, university, or licensed vocational school only.
