Who can apply
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate student at Morehead State University participating in ROTC.
- Have two to four years remaining to complete the degree and maintain a GPA of at least 2.5.
- Meet the qualifications to commission as an officer in the U.S. Army.
- Apply by December 1, 2026 for the current December round.
