Who can apply
- Students who are selected for this scholarship must be recommended by their fine arts major program after the completion of an audition, interview, and/or portfolio review.
- This award is renewable provided a 3.0 GPA is maintained, enrollment of 15 credit hours is continued, and there is consistent, successful degree progress (in your field of study) and course completion.

The FSU Talent Out of State Tuition Waiver is available to incoming freshman students at Florida State University who are non-residents.
