Prepare interpretable evidence
Record your discipline, equipment category, event, date, result source, education stage, and intended entry year. Avoid combining scores from unlike formats without labels.
Ask the programme which evidence it wants before building a portfolio. Keep academic interests visible; a team connection should not replace a suitable degree choice.
Check the actual funding
For each institution, ask whether participation and scholarship eligibility are linked, which expenses are covered, and who confirms the written terms. Do not assume that a club’s existence establishes an award.
Compare duration, payment timing, and remaining costs. A hypothetical student with training-related support should not subtract it from tuition unless the provider permits that use.
Plan the application
Keep organisation awards and institutional offers in separate columns. Where nomination is required, identify the responsible person and current instructions. Put unannounced cycles on a watchlist rather than reusing old dates.
Before accepting, obtain the terms governing changes in enrollment or participation. Save the agreement and clarifications together.
Your next step
Build a factual profile, use the official collegiate resource, and confirm each provider’s actual offer. Research the next recognition cycle separately.
